BSBK - Berufsschule für Bürokaufleute, Wien XV

The BSBK is a part-time vocational business school with approx. 1250 students in 60 classes and about 40 teachers.

Our students are going through a three-year dual commercial education and training. We teach office workers in different industries, legal assistants, and real estate assistants. They are trained on the job 3-4 days a week and attend school 1-2 days a week. After three years, the students take their Final Apprenticeship Examination.

Our target group is very heterogeneous concerning age and education background. Therefore, we offer various educational concepts: COOL (Cooperative Open Learning), integrative teaching and differentiated teaching in obligatory subjects.

In cooperation with various inter-company training providers, we also run classes for young people without an apprenticeship. The aim is being accepted into a “regular” apprenticeship.
