Justification:

  • The students produced short films with their mobile phones in groups of three to four.
  • The students determined their own role in the group.
  • Role models encourge students to believe in their strengths/their goals.

The students have given us feedback that they have reflected on their own role model or their own image of humanity. In particular, during the conceptualization of the short videos, they had moments of realization.

The students wish for further activities on the topic of gender-sensitive language in a professional context.
