Justification:

The assignment lead to organize a Junior Achievement Company. The students developped real products and started a Junior Achievement Company to sell these goods. The first possibility to sell these sustainable decorations was on the day of open doors. It was not too successful so the students have now to improve the products and selling strategies.

Respect of students' capacity: +  Autonomy: It was not ticked in the assignment because we do not know about the students' capacities at the beginning of a school year.  Therefore the assignment was quite structured and the same for all. But by setting up the business students could show their capacaties: handeling the JA-Platform, producing decoration items, social media. The follow-up assignment for a project management plan for an Valentine's Event was opener: Students can choose their point of view to define the project: the whole event, the products offered, the promotion or whatever they find important to work on. The students are quite free to make decisions, find strategies and fullfill plans. At the beginning it was difficult for them to handle the freedom. Now they enjoy it.

Promoting the emotional involvement of students: The assignment is to business-related. Therefore emotions are not a part of the task.

Adaptation to students’ needs: Because of the strict first assignment this category was not ticked. But when going on with setting up the business the students furhter tasks are discussed and comitted together
